Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY 
- A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
- If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% 
   deposit will be forfeited.
- If you reschedule less than 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a 
   $15 rescheduling fee that will need to be paid before your appointment is rescheduled. This can be paid by CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle.
- If your appointment is not secured with a credit card 48 hours prior to your 
   appointment, it will be canceled.
- In the event of a no-show, your 50% deposit will be retained.
- A 10-minute grace period is provided, after which you will be considered a no- 
   show.

Phone Number

Email Address

Type of Services

Desired Day and Time

And a picture of your voucher.

Please do not bypass this and make the appointment in the system. The system will charge a 50% of the service. This amount cannot be refunded.

Once the appointment is confirmed, your voucher will be redeemed to secure your appointment. You will receive an email/text with all consent forms as well. If you cancel your appointment or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or a no-show, your voucher will be forfeited.
